Burns Road is a celebration of street food culture, where spices meet fire and every dish has a reason to exist. We are named after Burns Road, the most iconic food street in Karachi, Pakistan, where slow-cooked nihari has been feeding families since the 1940s, fresh poori hits hot oil before sunrise, and flavor is never an afterthought.
We brought that spirit to Tustin, California. At Burns Road, we are reimagining the American burger through the lens of South Asian street food: grass-fed beef, house-made chutneys, ghost pepper cheese, South Asian spice blends, and a boldness you will not find at a chain.
The Los Angeles Times put it plainly: Burns Road brings the heat with burgers inspired by Pakistan street food. That is exactly who we are.
Burns Road was built on one belief: that halal food should never mean compromised ingredients. Everything we serve is chosen with intention and made with care.
Our beef is grass-fed, naturally raised, and free from hormones and antibiotics. It is what gives our smash burgers their flavor.
Our chicken is hand-battered, antibiotic-free, and sourced from farms that prioritize humane treatment. Every bite of the Chicken Burn or the Crunch starts here.
BR Sauce, Burns Red, House Aioli, Green Chutney and Raita are made in-house every morning. There is no bottled shortcut in our kitchen.
All beef and chicken at Burns Road is 100% halal certified. Sourced with care. Prepared with intention. Every item, every time.
