Our Story

Great Food With Attitude

Burns Road is not just a name. It is a place. A real street in Karachi, Pakistan — one of the most famous food streets in South Asia, home to restaurants that have fed generations since the 1940s. A stretch of road where the air smells like slow-cooked nihari, fresh poori hits hot oil before sunrise, and every corner tells a story through food.

Burgers are an American icon, enjoyed everywhere from backyard barbecues to bustling city diners. At Burns Road, we’re taking it further—layering in the boldest flavors from South Asian street food and fusing them with classic burger craftsmanship.

Burns Road the restaurant was born from that same spirit — the belief that bold, unapologetic street food deserves a home in Orange County. We took the flavors of that iconic Karachi food street and reimagined them for Tustin, California. Flame-grilled grass-fed halal burgers. Authentic weekend nashta. An outdoor hookah patio that runs until 2AM.

The result is something Orange County has never seen before — and the Los Angeles Times noticed. In June 2025, Sarah Mosqueda of the LA Times wrote that Burns Road 'brings the heat with burgers inspired by Pakistan street food.' That is exactly what we set out to do from day one.
